Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 BUSINESS days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise communicated to the customer, after invoice has been paid in full and you have received your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped (if this is the selection chosen at checkout). If there is any delay in your order due to holiday rush, product availability or otherwise, a member of 515 Creative Designs will reach out to you to discuss and schedule other options.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*If you are needing items before a certain date and want to ensure timely delivery/completion PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE communicate that with Libby Prior to placing any orders. We can not control shipping carrier delays due to weather, or any other reason once the package leaves our care.
FREE Porch pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local porch pickup in Altoona, IA! After placing your order and selecting Free local porch pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. You will be contacted by Libby via email OR text when your order is ready. Each porch pickup order is carefully packaged and sealed in a poly bag protecting it from outside elements. We will then place it in a Weather resistant deck box that is under a roofed porch that will protect your order until you pick it up. This area is under 24 hour video surveillance as to ensure the security of your purchases. After you are contacted by Libby that your order is ready, you are welcome to pick up anytime at your convenience.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Libbys515CD@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. If you have any questions about shipping please contact Libby at 515-867-1115.
